Deliveries can be made to UK, Europe (and internationally by agreement).

Deliveries are made by courier service between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday in the UK. For international deliveries, the courier delivers between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.

PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be required to confirm receipt of deliveries. We aim to deliver Product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within the time period set out below but we cannot give an exact delivery time and date.

If we have not delivered the Product(s) within 30 days of submitting your Order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.

United Kingdom Delivery (3 - 5 working days)

Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £3.95.

FREE DELIVERY: Applies to UK online customers for orders over £100. This offer will be applied automatically to qualifying baskets at the checkout.

Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO adCasuals.

European Delivery (7-10 working days)

We currently deliver to Denmark, France, Germany, the Republic of Ireland and Switzerland . Postage and Packing for all European deliveries is at a standard charge of £7.95.

Deliveries outside of Europe

Please contact us by email at sales@dandreaaccessories.com to discuss your delivery requirements.

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel. Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our Products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to define which Products may be delivered to your country.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. DanDrea Accessories do not offer any assistance in this process.

All purchases will be made in pounds Sterling (£). International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.

All Products are sold on Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All Order confirmations and acceptances are sent to that e-mail address.

The Contract and all communications between us will be conducted in the English language.

The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these Terms of Sale or of any term of these Terms of Sale will be governed by the law of England and Wales.

The English and Welsh courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale or use of the Website. However you should note that this does not prevent residents of Northern Ireland, Scotland or Europe from starting proceedings in their own local courts.

Please note in particular that:

1. No Orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18

Whilst we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this Website are correct and up to date, to the extent permitted by applicable law, DanDrea Accessories disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the accuracy of such information. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the Products you have selected as their relevant details may have changed since you last visited this Website.
4. All Products displayed on this Website are subject to availability.
5. All prices are inclusive of UK VAT (but do not include delivery charges).
6. We won't be able to process VAT refunds for international customers.
7. Your payment card will be debited immediately.
8. No statement on this Website shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
