Once received, goods which are not satisfactory may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the item, in the original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt.

This does not apply to items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (ie. earrings and specific items of lingerie).

Please note, your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.

We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow 10 days for your exchange or refund to be processed. We will always refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

The cost of returning products to DanDrea is borne by you the customer.
